Dr. Senthil’s Farm house, Dharmapuri - A load bearing structure with stone, cob and brick composite walls, tiled roof over MS channels and central courtyard. Wooden doors and windows, Stone pillars and first floor deck. Area 1600 sq ft ; Total cost 19,00,000/-

A 16 feet diameter round hut with stone and cob walls and local rough wood and thatch roof, no belt beam, mud flooring, metal door and window- Total area 200 square feet; total cost Rs 150000/-
